Mr. Bornstein is the founder of Rakuto Kasei Israel since its establishment in 1990. Mr. Bornstein holds a B.A from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Ph.D from Tel Aviv University. His group of companies consists of Rakuto Kasei Israel, Gramse Pharmaceuticals, Biodalia Microbiological Technologies and Rakuto-Diplomat International -where he holds the positions of president or director.
Dr. Bornstein is the Honorary Chairman of the Israel-Japan Friendship Society and Chamber of Commerce and has been active many years in developing the business relations with Japan. For that activity he was conferred with the decoration of the ‘The Order of the Rising Sun’. Mr. Bornstein has been involved in introducing Japanese food culture to Israel through Kikkoman Corporation and others. In the recent years he volunteers consulting and supports young entrepreneurs.
Mrs. Madmon joined Rakuto Kasei in 2005. since 2018 Mrs. Madmon was appointed to VP Finance and Human resources.. She brings to Rakuto extensive experience in human resources and customer relations.
Mrs. Madmon is married with 3 children and is a graduate of Haifa University.
Mrs. Alkhine is head of the commercial department and in charge of Export and Import activities. In additions she is in charge of the procurement division and customer service.
Mrs. Alkhine is biologist (B.Sc.) by profession.
Mrs. Vakin works as the administration manager, taking care of all the administrative activity in the company. She brings with her years of experience in the field of management and customer relations.
